Both photo sellers and photo buyers can become Members of the Website. Unless otherwise noted, these two types of Members are refered to as Photo sellers and Photo Buyers.

We provide our Photo sellers the storage space on the subscription-level basis, where storage is acquired in chunks of a fixed size for certain period of time. We collect fees for storing the digital photographs and for selling the licenses to use them via this Website. Fees for storage space subscriptions are subject to change without notice. In the event of such change, new prices will affect the new subscriptions and extensions of current subscriptions only. Additionally, fees for selling digital photos are subject to change, in which case we will notify our Members of the upcoming change in advance via e-mail.

We provide this Website to make Photo sellers' photos available for sale. BuyModelPhotos.com only hosts these photographs, we never buy them to resell for profit, and our Photo sellers keep the ownership and copyright of all their images.

We provide Photo Buyers the ability to post photo requests enabling them to locate photos for their specific needs. Photo sellers can view and respond to these requests by posting photos. Additional services to Photo Buyers are subject to change without notice. We collect the one time account activation fee for registering as a Photo Buyer. The fee is subject to change without notice.

A. MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT HIS OR HER SOLE RISK.
